How it works

Coaching can be a short or a long-term partnership depending on the nature of the request. The duration of the process and pace of the meetings will be determined by your coaching objectives as well as any constraints you may have. The first meeting is always free of charge and is used to get to know one another and to clarify what you’re looking for. It is an opportunity for you to freely determine whether this coaching process and partnership is what you need. Objectives will then be agreed and re-evaluated regularly.

Tessa is a coaching psychologist, university lecturer, leadership and change expert. She specializes in guiding individuals, teams and organizations towards impactful change.

Tessa spent more than a decade working for a Fortune 500 company in consulting and managerial roles developing a high level of competence in organizational development and coaching. She holds an MSc in psychology and a certificate of advanced studies (CAS) in sustainability from the University of Geneva. She is also a qualified coach and change expert.

Tessa works with teams and organizations to build high-performance cultures that align with their mission, vision, and values. She works with individuals providing coaching to uncover potential, build confidence, and remove obstacles to performance, and success.

Tessa has spent recent years incorporating sustainability into her work. She supports companies to develop innovative sustainable business models and guides individuals to create new narratives and initiate action. Tessa also lectures in organizational psychology and sustainability at the University of Geneva.

In all her work, Tessa guides growth-minded people and organizations by taking a systemic view and creating a space that allows the creative emergence of a new vision, narrative, and pathways to change and empowerment.
